Die Koronarangiographie als bildgebendes Verfahren hat uns intravital ein pathologisch-anatomisches Bild des Koronargefäßsystems eröffnet und ist heute die definitive Untersuchungsmethode zur Charakterisierung von Lokalisation und Schweregrad der stenosierenden Koronararteriensklerose.
