Die Fibrinklebung dient an der Milz ausschließlich der Blutstillung. Aus diesem Grunde hat sie hier nie — wie etwa bei der Abdichtung von Leberresektionsflächen — eine prophylaktische, sondern stets eine therapeutische Zielrichtung.
