Abstract

What exactly do we mean by the “laws of physics”? Physics is an empirical science. People make lengthy observations of a certain phenomenon and then try to “theorize” about it, namely to compress the strings of observation into an essentially simple and brief analytical formula (the “algorithm”). This theorizing eventually is implemented by some sort of convolution between the observed time series and the nonlinear dynamics of the human brain.
