Abstract

This review will focus on two specific areas of recent interest in poly(ADP-ribosyla-tion), both presumbly involving lesions in DNA, rearrangement of DNA sequences in cells, and a possible involvement of poly(ADP-ribosylation) at sites of chromatin undergoing transcription.
