Zusammenfassung

Die Hämophilie ist eine angeborene hämorrhagische Diathese, für die spontane und posttraumatische Blutungen charakteristisch sind. Gerinnungsstörungen bei dieser Krankheit werden durch den Mangel an Plasmagerinnungsfaktor VIII (Hämophilie A) oder IX (Hämophilie B) verursacht. Zu der Gruppe derartiger Diathesen gehören auch Mängel an anderen Gerinnungsfaktoren, nämlich an Fibrinogen, Prothrombin, Faktoren V, VII, X, XI, XII, XIII und die von Willebrand-Krankheit.
