Zusammenfassung

Intensiv behandelte Patienten mit mannigfaltigen Organfunktionsstörungen [1] stehen häufig in der Gefahr [2], Streßläsionen zu erleiden und dadurch neuerlich einer vitalen Bedrohung ausgesetzt zu sein. Zur medikamentösen Prophylaxe derartiger Streßläsionen bedient man sich der Antazida [2, 3], des Muskarinrezeptorenblockers [9, 10] Pi-renzepin und der H2-Rezeptorantagonisten Cimetidin [3] und Ranitidin [4, 5].
