Zusammenfassung
Bei angeborenen Defektkoagulopathien wie der Hämophilie kann es unter Substitutionstherapie zur Hemmkörperbildung kommen. Aber auch bei nicht vorbestehender hämorrhagischer Diathese wurde das Auftreten von Antikörpern gegen Blutgerin-nungsfaktoren beobachtet. Hiervon können Patienten mit Autoimmunerkrankungen, allergischer Diathese, Paraproteinämie oder Frauen in der postpartalen Phase, aber auch Patienten ohne definierte Begleiterkrankung betroffen sein [1,2]. Über ein Fallbeispiel aus der letztgenannten Gruppe soll im folgenden berichtet werden.
