Zusammenfassung

An 5µ, dicken, Hämatoxilin-Eosin gefärbten Schnitten formalinfixierten und in Paraffin eingebetteten Materials von 40 colorectalen Carcinomen wurde das Carcinoembryonale Antigen (CEA) mit der Peroxidase-Antiperoxidase-Methode (DAKO) markiert und für die unterschiedlich differenzierten Anteile eines jeden Tumors von zwei voneinander unabhängigen Untersuchern hinsichtlich Färbeintensität und -häufigkeit in drei Stufen erfaßt.
