Zusammenfassung

Die ischämische Organschädigung muß als Pathomechanismus der akuten Pankreatitis diskutiert werden (1, 5), da durch quantitative Vitalmikroskopie am Kaninchen gezeigt wurde, daß nach Induktion einer Pankreatitis bereits im Frühstadium eine hochgradige Einschränkung der mikrovasculären Perfusion auftreten kann. Die Störung der Mikrozirkulation des Pankreas konnte durch isovolämische Hämodilution günstig beeinflußt werden (4).
