Zusammenfassung
Da in den zentralen Venenabschnitten Druck und Volumen annähernd linear miteinander verknüpft sind (1, 4, 8), können aus den Druckmessungen Rückschlüsse auf Veranderungen des Vlutvolumens gezogen warden. Die Messung des zentralen Venendruckes (ZVD) stellt daher heute eine der dgebräuchlichsten Methoden zur kontinuierlichen klinischen Kreislaufüberwachung dar (3, 9, 16, 17).
