Zusammenfassung
Das Leitsymptom Hypercalciurie kann heute relativ leicht mit Hilfe der Flammenphotometrie bzw. Atomabsorption oder mit der einfacheren Methode der Titration gemessen werden. Um eine differenzierte Therapie durchführen zu können, ist es aber notwendig, die verschiedenen Formen der Hypercalciurie zu erkennen. Der Calciumbelastungstest nach Pak (1,2) scheint uns zur Unterscheidung der verschiedenen Hyper-calciuriefofmen geeignet.
