Zusammenfassung

Die perkutane Pankreatographie unter sonographischer Kontrolle wurde erstmals von Cooperberg und Mitarbeitern 1979 beschrieben. Die Einführung des Real-time-Verfahrens hat sich sowohl für die Punktion des Pankreasganges als auch für die Punktion anderer tubulärer Strukturen und Organe als wertvoll erwiesen. Die Punktion ist dadurch viel einfacher und gefahrloser geworden. Wir führen diesen Eingriff mit einem mechanischen oder elektronischen Line-ar-Array-Real-time-Gerät seit 1978 durch und haben jetzt ausreichende Erfahrungen, um die klinische Bedeutung zu beurteilen.
