Zusammenfassung
Definition. Anaphylaktische Reaktionen (anaphylaktischer Schock) sind immunologisch ausgeloste, oft sehr ernste and potentiell letal ausgehende Allgemeinreaktionen. Anaphylaktoide Reaktionen (Pseudoallergien) sind klinisch ahnliche Reaktionen, die durch nichtimmunologische and unbekannte Mechanismen ausgelost werden. Im ubrigen sind klinisches Erscheinungsbild and Therapie der anaphylaktischen and anaphylaktoiden Reaktionen identisch. In der taglichen Routine werden beide Arten als „Anaphylaxie“bezeichnet.
