Die Versorgung des Brandverletzten im Katastrophenfall Band 2

Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlungsabläufe bei einem Massenanfall von Verletzten gehören derzeit nicht zur Versorgungsroutine mitteleuropäischer Krankenhäuser [2,7,19]. Dies gilt in besonderem Maße für den Massenanfall von Mehrfachverletzten mit Brandverletzungen [10, 19], so daß dem internationalen Erfahrungsaustausch über glücklicherweise nur sporadisch vorkommende Einzelszenarien hier eine besondere Bedeutung zukommt.
