Die Kniebeugekontraktur, insbesondere die ligamentär und ossär fixierte Form, stellt wohl das häufigste und auch schwierigste orthopädische Behandlungsproblem dar. Die Pathogenese ist Ihnen soweit bekannt, so daß ich mir erlaube, hierauf nicht näher einzugehen.
