Zusammenfassung
Die Behandlung der chronischen neurogenen und lokalisierbaren Schmerzen wirft nach wie vor therapeutische Probleme auf. Dabei sollte in der Regel zuerst nicht so sehr die Schmerzheftigkeit, sondern vielmehr das ständige Vorhandensein der Schmerzen von therapeutischem Interesse sein, denn ein Dauerschmerzzustand kann eine erhebliche psychische und physische Beeinträchtigung verursachen.
