Zusammenfassung
Die zentral-venöse Ernährung ist zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil der Therapie geworden. Voraussetzung für den Einsatz einer totalen parenteralen Ernährung war die problemlose technologische Herstellung von kristallinen Aminosäuren zu einem relevanten Preis. Obwohl kristalline Aminosäurelösungen schon seit den 50er Jahren auf dem Markt sind, wird heute noch an der optimalen Zusammensetzung von Aminosäurelösungen für verschiedene Krankheitszustände gearbeitet.
