Part of the book series: Springer Series in Materials Science ((SSMATERIALS,volume 11))

Abstract

Transport and Magnetic Properties of (La1-xSrx)2CuO4 are systematically investigated over a wide composition range up to x=0.175 including nonsu-perconducting metal phase in the highly doped region. Remarkable change associated with the superconductor to nonsuperconductor transition is observed both in the Hall coefficient and the magnetic susceptibility, suggesting the modification of both charge and spin states.
