Zusammenfassung

Die Diskussion über Art und Ausmaß der chirurgischen Therapie des Pankreaskarzinoms ist bis heute kontrovers, nicht zuletzt aufgrund einer Fünfjahresüberle- bensrate von sicher unter 5%. Gesucht werden Entscheidungshilfen, um die Patienten auszuwählen, die von risikobelasteten Resektionseingriffen tatsächlich profitieren.
