Zusammenfassung

Nur 1% aller gastrointestinal en Malignome entsteht im Dünndarm. Adenokarzinome bilden, gefolgt von den Karzinoiden, das großte Kontingent (Tabelle 1). Der Anteil der Sarkome, deren Ursprung meist die glatte Muskulatur, selten das Fettgewebe bzw. eine neurale oder vaskuäre Struktur ist, beträgt um 20% und der der malignen Lymphome etwa 1%.
