Maligne Tumoren der Thoraxwand, der Pleura und des Zwerchfells sind selten. Wesentlich häufiger ist die lokale Infiltration durch bösartige Geschwülste der angrenzenden Organe oder eine Beteiligung im Stadium der Metastasierung [8–10, 14].
