Zusammenfassung

Artdiagnostik und Lokalisation neuroendokriner (NE) Tumoren des Gastrointestinaltraktes sind insbesondere im Fall fehlender Hormonaktivität schwierig. NE-Tumoren verfügen über Bindungsstellen mit hoher Affinität für Somatostatin (SMS) [1], und durch (exogen zugeführtes) SMS kann die Hormonproduktion und das Wachstum dieser Tumoren suppri- miert werden [2]. Der SMS-Receptorreichtum von NE-Tumoren kann unter Verwendung von synthetischem SMS als Radioligand für die in vivo Tumorlokalisationsdiagnostik dieser Tumoren genutzt werden [3]. Der weitere klinische Einsatz dieser Methode wurde in der vorliegenden Studie geprüft.
