Zusammenfassung
Das frühe Dumping-Syndrom nach Eingriffen am oberen Gastrointestinaltrakt geht einher mit einem akuten Abfall des Plasmavolumens, hervorgerufen durch eine osmotisch bedingte Verschiebung von Wasser aus dem Extracellulärraum (ECR) in das Darmlumen [1]. Für die Intensität des Früh-Dumping gibt es keinen einfachen physiologischen Parameter, was die Evaluierung therapeutischer Maßnahmen erschwert [2]. Die Volumenveränderungen des Extracellulärraums müssen in einer Änderung der Plasmaviscosität resultieren. Es war Ziel dieser Untersuchung, Veränderungen der Plasmaviscosität und die relative Größe des Extracellulärraums auf eventuelle Zusammenhänge mit der Intensität des frühen Dumpingsyndroms zu untersuchen.
