Abstract
The approval of the Single European Act in February 1986 and the objective of establishing an internal market by 1993 have necessitated considerable restructuring of legislation by the governments of member countries. This restructuring is currently being executed in different ways in the different countries according to the internal requirements, organizational structure and conventional relationship between the government and citizens in each country.
Zusammenfassung
Die Zustimmung zu einem einheitlichen europäischen Gesetz im Februar 1986 und die Absicht, 1992 einen Binnenmarkt einzurichten, werden einen Bedarf für beträchtliche gesetzliche Strukturänderungen seitens der Verwaltungen der Mitgliedsstaaten zur Folge haben. Dies wird z. Z. in verschiedenen Formen durchgeführt, um den internen Erfordernissen, Organisationsstrukturen und Traditionen im Verhältnis zwischen Verwaltung und Bürgern in den verschiedenen Ländern zu genügen.
