Zusammenfassung

Während der menschlichen Schwangerschaft reift die fetoplazentare Einheit innerhalb des immunokompetenten Organismus der haplodifferenten Mutter heran. Trotz dieser scheinbaren Konfliktsituation für das Immunsystem der Mutter kommt es im Regelfall während der Dauer von 40 Wochen nicht zur Abstoßung der Schwangerschaft. Es scheint interessant, die Möglichkeit einer spezifischen Regulation materno-fetaler Immunreaktionen zu beleuchten.
