Zusammenfassung

Die distale Radiusfraktur ist, ohne Zweifel, die häufigste Fraktur der oberen Extremität. 25% aller Knochenbrüche ereignen sich an dieser typischen Stelle, und somit werden sie in der Literatur überhaupt als die häufigste Fraktur angesehen (Rehn 1965; Destot 1923; Scharitzer 1975).
