Abstract

Bladder cancer in rats is a widely used and valuable model in carcinogenesis research. Considerable interest has been centered on this tumor as an end point in carcinogenesis testing and the resulting impact upon regulation of chemicals, such as cyclamate, saccharin, and melamine.
