Hinsichtlich der Therapie des Harnblasenkarzinoms wandeln wir auf dem schmalen Grat der Entscheidung zwischen Radikaloperation mit allen Konsequenzen der Harnableitung und der palliativen Elektroresektion, einschließlich Strahlentherapie, mit dem Risiko der verschleppten Indikation zum radikalen Eingriff.
