Zusammenfassung

Seit der Entdeckung des Wirkungsprinzips der gegengeschlechtlichen Hormonbehandlung beim Prostata-Karzinom durch Huggins etal. 1941 konnte im Vergleich zur präendokrinen Ära eine wesentliche Verbesserung der Überlebenszeiten erzielt werden [4, 5].
