Zusammenfassung
Mit einer Häufigkeit von 3% gehört das Peniskarzinom zu den seltenen Malignomen in der Urologie. Der Erkrankungsgipfel liegt um das 60. Lebensjahr. Ätiologisch disponiert die Smegmaretention bei kongenitaler Phimose zum Karzinom (Hofstetter et al. 1977). Histologisch werden unterschieden:
