Zusammenfassung

Bei massiver Pulmonalarterienembolie kommt es zur akuten Druckbelastung des rechten Ventrikels. Gegenstand unserer Untersuchungen war die Erfassung von in der Frühphase der rechtsventriculären Belastung auftretenden Veränderungen von Funktion und Ultra struktur des Myokards der rechten Herzkammer.
