Zusammenfassung

Das Angioödem (Synonyma: Quincke-Ödem, angioneurotisches Ödem) ist charakterisiert durch ein plötzlich auftretendes,bis zu 72 h persistierendes umschriebenes Ödem der tieferen Kutis, Subkutis oder der Submukosa. Es kann gleichzeitig mit einer Urtikaria oder isoliert auftreten und befällt einzelne oder multiple Körperregionen, bevorzugt unilateral. In einigen Fällen tritt durch den Befall der oberen Luftwege eine lebensbedrohliche Situation ein.
