Zusammenfassung

Bei liegenden Normalpersonen werden Renin und Aldosteron episodenhaft ausgeschüttet und folgen einem dem Cortisol ähnlichen Tagesrhythmus [1, 5, 7, 9, 13, 16]. Dieser Rhythmus besteht sowohl bei Salzverarmung als auch bei normaler Salzzufuhr und wird durch eine Suppression der ACTH-Sekretion mit Dexamethason nicht beeinflußt [1, 7].
