Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosteron-System beim Phäochromocytom

Zusammenfassung

Beim Phäochromocytom wird in der Literatur sowohl ein Hyperreninismus [4, 17, 19, 20, 21] als auch ein Hyperaldosteronismus [20, 24] oder ein Hyper-cortisolismus [2, 6, 7, 22, 23] mitgeteilt. Unseres Wissens nach fehlt allerdings eine Untersuchung mit gleichzeitiger Bestimmung von Plasma-Renin-Aktivität, Plasma-Aldosteron und Plasma-Cortisol. An 9 Patienten mit einem Phäochromocytom führten wir eine entsprechende Studie durch.
