Zusammenfassung

ß-Rezeptorenblocker werden zur Beeinflussung der synkopalen Anfälle bei Fallotscher Tetralogie therapeutisch eingesetzt. Dabei wird durch Verminderung der infundibulären Pulmonalstenose der Rechts-Links-Shunt verkleinert, wie zuletzt mit Prindolol von Diekmann u. Hilgenberg [4] nachgewiesen wurde.
