Zusammenfassung

Das Schrifttum der letzten 3 Jahre ergibt für die Therapie der akuten myeloischen Leukämie folgende Ergebnisse:

Komplette Remissionen wurden in 45—63% erzielt (Übersicht [3]). Spitzenwerte über 70% beziehen sich auf insgesamt 16 Patienten unter 60 Jahren [21], im 2. Fall auf 34 Patienten [10].
