Bedeutung endogener Glucocorticoide für das Leberwachstum

Zusammenfassung

In pharmakologischen Dosen hemmen Glucocorticoide die Leberregeneration, indem sie die DNS-Synthese der Hepatozyten blockieren [1,2]. Um zu prüfen, ob auch endogene Corticoide die DNS-Synthese normaler Hepatozyten beeinflussen und so das Leberwachstum regulieren, wurde die Wirkung physiologischer Hydrocortisondosen auf das in vitro-Wachstum von Hepatozyten untersucht, die DNS-Synthese in der normalen Rattenleber nach Adrenalektomie gemessen und das Corticosteron im Rattenplasma nach 2/3 Leberresektion bestimmt.
