Zusammenfassung

Auf dem Gebiet der granulomatösen Reaktionen der Haut sind, abgesehen von den gut charakterisierten Formen des Besnier-Boeckschen Sarkoides, der tuberkulösen, luischen, lepromatösen Granulome usw. eine ganze Reihe von Krankheitsbildern beschrieben worden, die auf Grund klinischer oder histologischer Merkmale einigermaßen gegen ähnliche Prozesse abgegrenzt werden können. Daneben existieren aber zahlreiche Beobachtungen, die sich in keines der bekannteren Bilder einordnen lassen und für die deshalb zunächst neue Bezeichnungen geschaffen werden müssen. Da die Ätiologie dieser Granulomatosen meist vollkommen unklar ist, lassen sich zunächst nur typische Fälle der einzelnen Krankheitsgruppen klar voneinander abgrenzen, während andere Fälle nach dem klinischen Bild der einen, nach dem histologischen Bild der andern Gruppe zugeordnet werden müssen. Dabei zeigt sich, daß das Hauptgewicht bei der Beurteilung der Granulomatosen unbekannter Ätiologie auf die histologischen Veränderungen zu legen ist, da das klinische Bild oft irreführend ist. Es sollen deshalb zunächst die histologischen Merkmale folgender Krankheitsbilder beschrieben werden:

    Necrobiosis lipoidica (Ubbach-Oppenheim).

  3. 3.

    Granulomatosis disciformis (Miescher).

  4. 4.

    Necrobiosis maculosa (Miescher).
