Abstract

A method of transforming a diagnostic pattern in hyperthyroidism, into “IF A THEN B” rules is presented. A representation of imprecision of some medical concepts and a scheme of reasoning using it are suggested. Examples of testing the model for patients’ data are given. Results of testing are summarized and conclusions are drawn.
