Zusammenfassung

Pathophysiologisch sind die klinischen Beschwerden des Koronarkranken auf eine unzureichende Deckung des myokardialen O2-Bedarfes zurückzuführen. In der Regel liegt dem wiederum eine koronare Minderperfusion bei atheroskleroti-scher und/oder thrombotischer Einengung eines oder mehrerer epikardialer Kranzgefäße zugrunde.
