Zusammenfassung
Mit wenigen Ausnahmen ist der ganze Humerus ein schönes Objekt für die intramedulläre Pinnung. Halboffene Reposition ist die allgemeine Regel. Bei frischen Fällen läuft man kaum Gefahr, die Nerven zu verletzen, auch ist es nicht notwendig, die Blutversorgung des Knochens durch ausgedehnte Freilegung zu beeinträchtigen.
