Zusammenfassung
Die einfache Form des Urteils ist gegeben, wenn es dahin lautet, „daß der Beklagte dem Kläger £.... zu zahlen hat.“ Ist keine Zeit bestimmt, so kann es die obsiegende Partei sofort vollstrecken lassen. Sie ist der Gläubiger aus dem Urteil, der judgment. creditor, während der Schuldner aus dem Urteil judgment debtor und die Schuld selbst judgment debt genannt wird.
