Zusammenfassung

Mit zunehmender Erfahrung sind die Ergebnisse, insbesondere aber auch die Vor- und Nachteile der verschiedenen Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Harnleiter-Darmverbindung mehr und mehr zu übersehen. Die neueren Erkenntnisse über die im Vordergrund stehenden möglichen Spätstörungen, die über die beteiligten Organsysteme hinaus den Gesamtorganismus beeinflussen können, verlangen eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit den verschiedenen Operationsmethoden. Dabei erscheint die Klärung der Frage wesentlich, ob durch Auswahl eines bestimmten operativen Verfahrens die Gefahr der späteren Nierenschädigung, die als eigentliche Ursache auftretender Spätstörungen anzusehen ist, vermindert werden kann.
