Summary
Results with a 28 to 30 day’s oral treatment of postmenopausal women with 4 mg estriol, 2 mg estrone, 2 mg free estradiol, 2 mg estradiol-17α-valerate, 1,25 mg and 0,3 mg conjugated estrogens and 50, 100 and 200 μg l-Hydroxy-ethinylestradiol-1.3-diacetate are indicating a divergence of the peripheral and the central antigonadotrophic activity of different estrogens.
