Summary
A set up consisting of standard television cameras and a process computer is described which in conjunction with modularized software is able to check the assembling of motorcar components. Basis of the software analysis are binary pictures which consist of black and white points only. Some of them are shown in the text. Emphasis has been laid on the development of standard routines which are FORTRAN based and can be used in any conjunction.
