Zusammenfassung

In der Chemopraxis maligner Tumoren wird heute die Art und Verabreichungsform von Zytostatika nicht allein aufgrund ihrer pharmakologischen Eigenschaften und biochemischen Wirkungsmechanismen gewählt. Vielmehr gilt es, beim Aufstellen eines Chemotherapieplanes drei Variablen, die sich gegenseitig beeinflussen können, aber nicht müssen, zu berücksichtigen:

  • die Pharmakokinetik der Zytostatika

  • die Zellkinetik normaler und neoplastischer Gewebe

  • die Immunokinetik von Wirt-Tumor-Beziehungen.
