Zusammenfassung
Es ist seit langem bekannt, daß der Blutdruck ein instabiler Parameter ist. Er schwankt mit der Tageszeit je nach geistiger und physischer Tätigkeit der jeweils untersuchten Person. Diese spontane Blutdruckschwankung ist problematisch im Hinblick auf die Auswertung epidemiologischer oder khnischer Studien über Hypertonie.
