Zusammenfassung

Nach einer zweistündigen Inkubation der Bodenproben mit einer wäßrigen Argininlösung wird das gebildete Ammonium mit einer 2 M Kaliumchloridlösung extrahiert und kolorimetrisch bestimmt. Die Bildung des blau gefärbten Indophenols beruht auf der Phenolat-Hypochlorit-Reaktion (Berthelotsche Reaktion).
