Zusammenfassung

Nach einer Nierentransplantation können verschiedene hämatologische Probleme auftreten (Tabelle 52). Medikamente, vor allem die Immunosuppressiva, spielen dabei eine wichtige Rolle sowie auch die häufig nach der Transplantation ausbrechende Zytomegalovirusinfektion. Bei jedem Patienten mit hämatologischen Anomalien muß gründlich nach Vitaminmangelzuständen, gastrointestinalen Blutverlusten sowie Medikamentennebenwirkungen gefahndet werden, damit schwerwiegende Komplikationen vermieden werden können.
