Zusammenfassung
Die in diesem Kapitel aufgeführten Methoden sind stellvertretend für die außerordentlich vielseitige Palette angeführt, die die moderne Immunologie bietet. Durch die vorgestellten Verfahren soll angeregt werden, sich auch im traditionell biochemisch ausgerichteten Labor mit den sehr empfindlichen und hochspezifischen immunochemischen Verfahren zu beschäftigen. Die Methoden der Produktion monoklonaler Antikörper lassen sich nicht auf relativ kurzem Raum abhandeln, sie sind deshalb nicht aufgenommen worden.
